I started Cue the Care because my own family has missed out on so much—vacations, special events, even chances to visit family in times of need—because we couldn’t find anyone who could care for all of our pets the right way. Someone always had to stay home. And I know we’re not the only ones. For a lot of people, this kind of stress makes them think twice about adopting more pets, even when they could give them a great home. I want to help change that.
I’m Kaitlyn, and I run this business solo because I care—deeply. I’m not perfect, but I’ll always show up, do my best, and care for your animals with my whole heart. I’ve worked at a pet store, volunteered with rescues, and lived in a multi-pet home all my life. Whether it’s overnight stays, giving meds, or just making sure every animal feels safe and seen, I’m here to make leaving home less of a burden—for you and for the pets who deserve a chance.

Salad Days & Bug Buffets Eddie Eats Like a Queen
Eddie’s my bearded dragon and basically the weirdest (and coolest) roommate ever. She’s super chill, kinda sassy, and definitely has main character energy.
Fun fact: she refuses to drink water like a normal lizard, so I have to spray her salad like it’s a spa day.
Even better? She has a slow feeder ball for bugs, because apparently hunting your snacks is part of the vibe. Who knew lizards could have slow feeders? Watching her chase bugs around the ball is honestly better than most TV. Dragons living their best life out here.
